What services do you offer? We provide a range of pet care services, including daily drop-ins, dog park visits, dog walking, overnight stays, pet sitting, and pet taxi. Whether your pet needs a mid-day walk, an overnight stay, or just a quick check-in while you're away, we have you covered!
How do I know my pet is safe with you? Safety is our top priority. We are fully insured, and each team member is thoroughly background-checked and trained in pet safety and handling. We also provide regular updates, including photos so you can stay connected with your pet throughout the service.
Will you be expanding your services to other areas? We currently serve Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties in Central New Jersey. We are always looking for growth opportunities, so stay tuned for expansion announcements!
What happens if my pet is injured or falls ill during the service? In the rare event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If necessary, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency vet and stay with them until you are available. Your pet’s health and well-being are our highest priority.
Can I request a specific walker or sitter for my pet? Absolutely! If your pet bonds with a particular walker or sitter, feel free to request them when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
Do you offer discounts for recurring services or multiple pets? Yes, we offer discounts for regular, recurring services and multi-pet households. Contact us to discuss our loyalty programs and pricing packages designed to fit your needs.
What is your cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. For standard services, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We ask for 48 hours’ notice for overnight stays to avoid a cancellation fee. Specific details can be found in our policy section when booking.
